The previous evaluation tool was complicated to manage. It was necessary to create a configurable evaluation engine consisting of normalized tables for data input and define the price calculation rules depending on the invoicing elements.
Harmonization (Communication)
Unambiguos coding (including surcharges and deductions) for all companies of the group allows extractions and analysis processing. The operational elements constituting the invoicing process for all companies, ports, and supervised concessions have been homogeneized and standardized.
Automation (Collaboration)
Invoicing processes are managed in batches, massively. Simplified management and a decreased number of exceptions have led to reduced manual effort in correcting the values of port performances.
