Trade Repository Reconciliations (EMIR)
Liquidity Management Funds
Created to verify the continuous alignment of the volumes of cash raised and invested, the Solution supports the mass dispatch to the Front Office system of adjustments referring to the cash, fees and tax credits components.
Budgeting and Forecasting
The Solution captures actual C/EC measures and uses them as the basis for determining budget and forecast scenarios. These can be analyzed with reference to multiple dimensions (e.g., Organizational Structure, Products) and levels of aggregation.
BIRD – Banks’ Integrated Reporting Dictionary
Prototype referred to Anacredit reporting, represents a practical application of the Banks Integrated Reporting Dictionary (BIRD) model. Produced as Irion’s contribution to the activities of the project of the same name initiated and supported by the ECB.
Binding plan management
The Solution supports the analysis of the balance between inputs and withdrawals in order to monitor the definition of binding plans and their distribution to affected units.
Asset Encumbrance
The Solution handles data preparation (e.g., nominal allocation) to construct the data points required for Asset Encumbrance reporting purposes. Verified that the data point is correct, the output is provided to the reporting system.
Asset Quality Review (AQR)
Various experiences in banking responding to the need to extract heterogeneous data from various systems and organize them on the Loan Tape structures provided by BCE, applying numerous checks on the goodness of data input and output.
Data Quality Anti-Money Laundering (Unique Archive)
By reconciling the transactions in the Provisional Single Archive with respect to the ledgers from which the transactions originate, the Solution enables advance verification of the perimeter being reported in terms of data completeness and reliability.
Antifraud – KRI
The Solution implements a sophisticated framework of indicators to monitor and prevent bank fraud risk. Key Risk Indicators are available at various levels of detail and navigable through special survey dashboards.
Claims Settlement Fraud
With application to non-life and health lines of business, the Solution allows suspicious claims to be identified and routed to specialized claims units, which can make use of evolved analysis dashboards to investigate reported cases in depth.
Data Quality for customer data
The Solution implements a control framework that allows monitoring of data quality, data location, and relative ownership. This ensures reliability to Customer master and consumption data, then distributed via BI tools.
Management control in Finance
The purpose is to analyze product margins through economic measures reconciled with the accounting view. Together with capital quantities, KPIs are constructed with which they are presented in a sophisticated reporting system.
Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB)
In response to Basel III requirements, the Solution performs complex calculations on large data masses by integrating the “”R“” language to determine indicators to guard against market risk. It also provides a strand for counterparty risk
Non Regression Continuous Testing (NRT)
In support of frequent changes to be made to the calculation libraries of the application used in the finance area, the Solution automates non-regression testing by securing upgrade processes through comparison of pre and post data.
Cash reconciliations
The Solution verifies daily reconciliation of cash accounts between the account statement and the Backoffice system. The reconciliation construction considers daily transactions for the purpose of account and currency level reconciliation.
