Production planning including renewables
To support electrical capacity planning , the Solution balances what is absorbed by utilities with net generation from renewable sources in order to establish generation requirements through conventional power plants.
Process monitoring with automatic threshold alerts
The goal is to preside in a structured way over a production spread across 10+ sites, each with 7 lines on average. From the granular production data, dozens of KPIs are calculated that populate analysis dashboards for cross-process teams.
Privacy Regulations
The purpose is to monitor employee access to sensitive data in order to prevent abuse. Numerous application logs are monitored, with reports highlighting anomalies and processing process of the findings with email notifications.
Prices and data control for financial instrument valuation
The Solution centrally collects market data (prices, fair value) used by budget and finance offices. It enables the convergence of accounting and management valuations and dialogues with the provider to request missing information.
Fund Reference Data Preparation
Prototype developed for the production of Openfunds paths (in Switzerland), inherent in the coding and description of mutual fund data. Domain configuration and mapping to the tracings is parametrically manageable at the user level.
Cash reconciliations
The Solution verifies daily reconciliation of cash accounts between the account statement and the Backoffice system. The reconciliation construction considers daily transactions for the purpose of account and currency level reconciliation.
Reconciliation of Administrative and Management Fees
When migrating to a new application, the Solution verifies the correctness of the fees calculated by the new system, comparing them to the old one. The reconciliation covers administrative and management fees, both active and passive.
Reporting for private and institutional customers
The Solution produces and validates high-quality graphical reports for private and active asset management clients. Exhibits management results, asset composition, sub-fund analysis, performance analysis. CONSOB Reporting.
General Ledger
The objective of these Solutions is to check the accounting alignment of specific segments against what is recorded in the general ledger. Different levels of aggregation, possible thresholds and adjustments are considered.
